Dolichurus Latreille, 1809

Appearance
The species of this subfamily have black coloured body often with white markings.
Biology
Nest in stems and crevices. Prey upon cockroaches, which are dragged backwards by the wasp to the nest.
Distribution
Widely distributed worldwide, but absent from the Neotropical Region.
